Le Bain Blanc keeps the traditional hammam as Morocco has always known it — a place of warmth, water and quiet renewal. Our practitioners perform each gesture as it was taught to them: without hurry, without noise.

Every oil, clay and soap is Moroccan — argan from the Atlas, rhassoul from the Moulouya valley, roses from Kelaat M'Gouna.

Before your first hammam

Where is Le Bain Blanc?

In Guéliz, the modern centre of Marrakech, at Rue de la Liberté (Imm 34 Moulay Youssef n°7, 4th floor), five minutes from the medina. The contact page has a map.

Is the hammam private?

Yes. Each ritual takes place in a private chamber prepared for you, and couples can share our duo hammam and massage room.

Are your therapists women?

Yes. Our team is all women, so women are always cared for by a woman. Men are welcome to book any ritual or massage at the usual price, and a male massage therapist is available on request for an extra charge.

What should I wear or bring?

Nothing but yourself. Robes, towels and slippers are provided, disposable underwear is available if you prefer, and every ritual comes with a glass of mint tea.

Is a Moroccan hammam the same as a Turkish bath?

Both use heat and steam, but the Moroccan hammam is a hands-on ritual: savon noir (black soap) softens the skin, a kessa glove exfoliates it, and rhassoul clay or argan oil finishes it. Ours follows the Moroccan way. Our guide to the Moroccan hammam explains each step.

Do you offer massages?

Yes: relaxing, sports, four hands, prenatal and lymphatic drainage massages, among others, from 300 MAD. See all our massages in Marrakech.

Can couples do the hammam together?

Yes. Our duo room lets you share the hammam and the massage side by side. Duo rituals start at 1,000 MAD per couple. See our couples hammam.
